Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions that have been frequently asked from our support staff.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, you will get an email with your login and password. You will need to follow the link provided to you in the email and log in to your account using your computer or smartphone. Once you log in, you will be guided through the installation process in order to set up monitoring.

You will receive the login credentials to your Dashboard account immediately after the purchase.

One subscription plan covers one device only. You will need to purchase two subscriptions if you want to monitor two or more devices.

If you want to monitor an iPhone or Android, you do not need that phone’s Apple ID and password in order to set up monitoring. You simply need target’s phone number to have physical access to the device. The process should not take longer than 2 hours.

To see the data gathered from the monitored device, log into your Datapacks account from any browser. Once the app is synced with the target device, all information will become available to you in your Dashboard.
